OVERVIEW:
Digital dentistry has recharged the dental practice and allows dentists to deliver quality restorations first time, every time. This technically focussed course will show the benefits that digital technologies can provide to today’s savvy clinician. It will illustrate the benefits of the world’s leading digital impression technologies and chairside milling and printing solutions and show the various workflows that can be achieved with open manufacturing systems. A complete outline to how today’s practice can evolve into the future.

DR. MITCH INNES - BSC(BIOMEDSCI) BDSC(HONS) QLD D CLIN DENT (PROS) ADEL
What sets Dr Mitch Innes Innes apart in the world of dentistry? Following on from many successful years in general dentistry in both public and private practice, Dr Innes completed a DClinDent (Prosthodontics). His extensive research into CAD/CAM material analysis and degradation behaviours has attracted national and international interest.
What can Dr Innes do for you? Dr Innes’s longstanding passion for providing his patient with optimal restorative outcomes has also seen him involved in many years of providing professional development for fellow dentists and colleagues, undergraduates and dental practice owners. Dr Innes focuses on “telling it” and “showing it” the way it is! This has led to the provision of relevant, well researched professional development which is enjoyable, exciting and enables attendees to immediately implement learnings into their own clinical practice.
Dr Innes initially completed a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science followed by a BDSc with first class honours from the University of Queensland. The recipient of noteworthy awards and nominations, Dr Innes currently works in private practice restricted to Prosthodontics and oral implant surgery on Queensland’s, Sunshine Coast.
DR ROSEMARIE KIRKLAND – BDS (ADELAIDE), BSC.GEN (UWI)
Dr Rosemarie Kirkland delivers the best in modern dentistry in a gentle and efficient manner. Dr Kirkland graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Adelaide University. She also holds a BSc.Gen (UWI) for Biochemistry and has undertaken advanced studies in Physics, Chemistry and Microbiology. Dr Kirkland has completed the Progressive Orthodontic Course and has extensive experience with both children’s and adult banded Orthodontics. She has extensively studied specialised areas of dentistry including:

- Periodontics
- Implants
- Orthodontics
- Progressive Orthodontic Society
- Laser Dentistry
- Botulinum Toxin Pain Managment
Dr Kirkland is a member of the ADA. Her practice sponsors children through World Vision as well as the Gemma Sicia House St. Judes in Tanzania.
MR. CHRIS HOWARD - BE (HONS), MCOMPSC
Joining the company in 2009, Chris Howard is Core3dcentres General Manager for the Asia Pacific region.
A professional engineer for over twenty years, Chris has extensive experience in production engineering and the integration of advanced software and hardware systems. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from Sydney University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science in the area of Software Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
Highly regarded for his breadth and depth of knowledge in the CAD/CAM Dentistry field, Chris is a member of the Core3dcentres International engineering committee. He is involved in developing international standards and sits on the ISO TC106 SC9 CAD/CAM Dentistry standardisation committee as the nominated expert from Australia.
MR MATTHEW RACE – DIP. DENT. TECH, LVI MDT
Matthew Race is the Technical Director of Race Dental Laboratory. He is an L.V.I. Master Technician and was the first 3M ESPE Lava trainer and demonstrator for Australasia.
Matthew was the first Key Opinion Leader on the Wieland Zirconia System in Australia & New Zealand; a lecturer and demonstrator for the Heraeus Kulzer Academy, and an ongoing lecturer for the Queensland Government Oral Health Services continuing education program.
After registering in 1994 he studied extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. gaining accolades at the Vita Factory in Germany, Schottlander Factory in England and studied Neuromuscular Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
In 2003 he founded the ADA accredited implant study group “Simplicity with Implants”. As a specialist Crown, Bridge and Implant technician he is currently one of the senior technical advisors for Core3dcentres International and regularly contributes to leading dental magazines and journals.
